Kielh's Healthy Skin Squad Skincare Review
Hey guys I know a couple of you have been dying for a Kiehl’s review based off of requests. I thought I had done more but after checking I saw that I had some products I hadn’t gotten too that I had already used. I just went out of town for a few weeks and knew I wanted to do a review so I bought some travel sizes products from Kiel’s as well as a mask (click for separate post) that was under the limit for traveling in it’s full size container. I got the Healthy Skin Squad kit which included a cleanser, serum, moisturizer and spot treatment. The calendula face wash was amazing I loved the gentle foam and the scent was magnificent, it also had strips of calendula which added to the texture of the cleaner. The Midnight Recovery serum is a favorite of mine, it transforms your skin overnight into a moisturizer and dewy canvas as well as smelling amazing since it’s mixed with lavender which is a perfect nighttime scent. The moisturizer is okay in my opinion it just doesn’t have a smell and is a little thick for the tropical area I was in. The vitamin c spot treatment was not my ideal packaging as it was not air tight and had a lot of preservatives. The avocado eye cream is to thick for me personally so I would suggest a gel instead of a cream for under your eye. Overall I would only repurchase the full size version of the cleanser and midnight recovery serum.
